flyfaretrips reserves the right NOT to sell the booking at the incorrect price in the event of a system error relating to pricing of air, hotel, auto hire, and any other booking from the flyfaretrips website. If there is a system error, flyfaretrips will let you know what the correct price is? flyfaretrips will NOT insist that you purchase the incorrect reservation at the revised cost, however.
The "Service Providers," which include, but are not limited to, air carriers, hotels, car rental companies, cruise lines, tour operators, insurance carriers, and other suppliers providing travel or other services on the Travel Site, provide some of the goods, services, and content that can be found on the Travel Site. The Service Providers and/or their third-party suppliers and distributors own the copyright to some of the data and software that can be seen on the Travel Site.
flyfaretrips must only use the Travel Site to make legitimate reservations and purchases, and must not use any automated devices, link to any portion of the Travel Site, violate any law, rule or regulation, or incorporate any part of it into any other website without prior written authorization.
The Travel Site must not be used in conjunction with any activities or business by anyone from a country prohibited under U.S. export and/or foreign asset control regulations.
In the event that this "Use of Travel Site" clause is violated, you specifically agree to hold flyfaretrips and the Service Providers harmless and indemnify them.

flyfaretrips and the service providers assume no responsibility for any damages to computer equipment or other property due to access to, use of, or browsing in the travel site, or downloads of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio from the travel site. They are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind. If flyfaretrips complies with the terms and conditions of the airlines and this agreement, the customer agrees not to challenge the processing fee, airline ticket charge, or rate modification.
It is your responsibility to get in touch with us if you booked a reservation on flyfaretrips but did not get a confirmation of ticketing.
